Then the floor plan must be used by many architects. For a coincidence, they are too similar.

Uff, I am always the one who says that it can work with the total amount when everyone has long been shouting that it is harakiri, but here 202k plus. Does the money fit for the described remainder? No way, except for a lot under the table, which will probably be the case. Ultimately, I don't care, it's about the floor plan and I know it 95% live and find it great. Would only do the living room that way

…but also not particularly big. We now also have that much usable space (floor area about 155 m²) and in many places it’s too tight! I would say spacious living starts at 170 m². With anything less, you have to make compromises.

Everyone has different requirements for what is too tight and what is generous (just like with the fittings). I grew up with an 11 sqm children's room and planned the children's rooms (3 in total) in our house the same way (12 sqm). Others say anything under 18 sqm is a cell. Still others build 350 sqm for two people.

10 sqm reading area, 11 sqm dressing room, 2x 14 sqm children's rooms hardly have anything to do with being small or restrictive for me.

Everyone just has a different sense of space and different ideas or experiences from childhood. For example, I grew up with my own bathroom, gallery, and terrace door and definitely had about 40sqm. In an old farmhouse, there was naturally enough space.

That is of course absolutely great, but I think rather the exception. We currently live in 110 sqm. The children's rooms are 9 and 10 sqm. Especially the 9 sqm is absolutely too small for our rascal. Fortunately, he is a total nature kid and plays little in the room, yet I am happy that he will soon have 5 sqm more space. But his father also grew up in this room. We live in my husband's parents' house. So it can be different.
