I would swap the bedroom and the dressing room. Even if you say you both get up at the same time. That can change. It’s enough if one person is sick and wants to rest. Also, you go in and out of the dressing room more often than the bedroom, so it would be more practical for the walking paths. I would consider putting the washing machine in the dressing room. It eases the space situation downstairs and you can do laundry where it is generated. If ironing is also done there, all the more practical. I don’t accept noise arguments or fear of water damage. Is the shower about 90x90? Then it probably won’t work without a door. You should have at least 120 cm of wall there. I would rotate the bathtub as it is dashed in the drawing so that there is more space in front of the sink. Possibly a double washbasin if 4 people use the bathroom. Should a table like the one drawn be in the kitchen? I would fully open it and not just have a passage if you don’t want a door anyway. Have you already planned a kitchen? I think the room is not easy to furnish. Definitely start thinking about it now! I don’t like the slanted wall to the living room. And that you plan the sofa with its back to the window. I think it’s nicer if you can look outside from the sofa. I would either place the sofa so that the TV hangs on the bottom wall. Then you would probably have to move the door.
Swapping the rooms would be an idea. However, then the toilet flush would be right next to the bed… Is that too loud? Putting the washing machine in the dressing room is also an idea, I already mentioned it above.
The kitchen is planned. A door will be installed, but a sliding door. We are considering having a counter there with integrated storage. We eat anyway in the dining room, but for a quick coffee or in the morning before kindergarten or school, there will be space for the kids with 2 bar stools.
The shower is 90 x 130 and the bathtub will be placed as dashed under the windows, so that 2 washbasins will fit.
