The bedroom is quite narrow at 3.3m. With a 2m bed + 5cm frame on each side, only 60cm of space remains on each side.

Turnkey does not equal ready to move in. The floors that you "remove" are not included in turnkey anyway. I just want to avoid you failing and I bet against building a house with 144 sqm in average quality without any personal contribution for 202k in 2020... sorry.

How do you want to furnish the dressing room? I don't see any space for a wardrobe and shoes on the ground floor and no space for a TV in the living room.

Best regards
Sabine

here there is a lot of room for interpretation. It won't be luxury for the price, we agree on that. He never spoke of move-in ready at the 230k either. Hopefully it is taken into account that floors, kitchen, furniture, lamps, landscaping, carport, etc. still need to be added. If the uncle does the bathroom, that's also a huge item that could become cheaper. would you like to say a little something about the equipment? What has been agreed on? Is the kitchen included?

Well, in our construction contract, floors and even wallpaper with paint are included in the turnkey description. Several members of our family have already built with this contract. Moreover, 202k is the turnkey price including everything. Ready to move in. Our own contributions are still deducted. We live rurally; building here is not nearly as expensive as in some other areas. We were also not naive or clueless about it. Of course, we will build standard, but the house is signed off as ready to move in for 202k.

if that works out in the end, that would be quite strong. I thought the 202k was already net of the own contributions. But yes, there are huge regional differences. And if the experiences in the family are good there, it can work out.
