Do I have a distortion in my vision or is the forest in the southwest?
Will they then share a room as soon as you have a child who permanently lives with you?
The floor plan is not bad overall, but I would probably also put a more elongated house and place the children towards the southwest (forest?). Once you have furnished it, you can certainly say more. I'm curious how you want to use this small living room corner.
Specifically regarding the current plan: on the upper floor, the extra protrusion near the children's room doors is wasted space. You could make the hallway smaller and the rooms bigger. Then shift the parents' wall to the right to get an additional walk-in closet. The WC on the ground floor could also free up some space for a wardrobe. If no shower is planned there, it could be smaller. I also find the windows much too small. You don't even live in the city with close neighbors. But post the new exterior views once you have them. If the children move towards the forest, they can at least get decent windows.
Yes, the two share a room. We need a bit more space in the bedroom because of the waterbed 2.4 x 2.2 meters. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the new exterior views.
