It is a public street, unpaved, and ends exactly at the property at the forest edge; trees stand along the edges of the street as indicated. The trees are located on public street land and are numbered. After an initial inquiry at the Parks Department, these may not be felled even upon request. Regarding the sofa, I want to place the surround sound speakers all around, so I need to arrange the sofa centrally. Another consideration would be to turn it toward the forest. However, there is already a floor-to-ceiling window there. Originally, we had planned a wall as a room divider to the dining room but have dismissed this again. And trees are standing all over the street? If you want help and tips here, you should provide a bit more information. Regarding the layout, I just don't understand why in so many floor plans the sofa is always positioned with its back to the garden. Do so many people really want to look into a brick wall from the sofa? Especially nowadays, with flat TVs that can be hung on any wall or projection screens with a projector, the classic wall units with TV space are quite obsolete.
