Just a quick question: Is there also a forest (edge) villa? :D

Yes. Of course not as a buzzword in the catalog.

In classic

And in modern

Preferably with a lake ;-)

Mhmm, is the modern version necessarily better now? Basement with a souterrain, attic with a view and hardly any standing height. Does anyone have any comments on the floor plan? Apart from the fact that the windows on the upper floor on the north side should be a bit bigger.

Where to start.... Furnish the rooms on the upper floor, for example, I don’t know how you want to set up a master bedroom in Schlafen 1. The ground floor is just the currently usual open-plan space, with the usual arrangement, which only allows a certain type of furnishing and shows everything at a glance.

I would work on the orientation of the rooms, especially on the upper floor. The plot would certainly favor a long, narrow house.

I would place the bedroom to the northwest (because away from the street and therefore quiet). Both children's rooms to the southwest with nice windows facing the forest. Then bathroom and dressing room in the northeast. The ground floor will be fine, too. I'll sketch something tomorrow.
