Children are happy when they are little about the great arrow slits for knight games, and as light-shy teenagers when they don't have to lower the blinds so much. For the ecological balance, you are only allowed to bring vegan children into the world anyway *LOL*

I would also try furnishing it. There is a lot of space left over, but that also has to be cut due to the budget. The stair location is very unfavorable in this regard. Personally, I cannot understand the orientation of the corridor map with the grove in the SE. Light bands are not suitable for children's rooms; they also do not look good on the house.

Ouch! If you want to live in the basement, why build a townhouse? The upper floor could be located directly in the basement with the windows.

I have looked at the views again: the windows almost all have high sills... don't get carried away with light bands. They don't make a house modern. Their purpose is to let light in where dense development cannot guarantee privacy, e.g., in the bathroom or as an additional window. They are rather less suitable for living in common rooms.

No house front has a harmonious facade structure. The street side has three different types of windows without any discernible structure behind the concept. I think you really need a professional to help you with the design process. Especially with your rather small budget. Enough others have already said something about the unfortunate window solutions and south-facing bedrooms.
