May I remind you that such statements combined with forest in the southeast are somewhat confusing, also regarding private road, access road or tree-lined/public roads?! Marked in red with the 1 is the property, the green line above it is a private road approximately 4 meters wide. To the right of the property with the black lines is the public road. Below the property is the forest. I hope this now explains the map.

So that only an entrance of about 2.5 meters would remain.
