The budget is a total of €450,000. As I said, I have several offers between €310,000 and €320,000 for the plan I showed.

No, just as you say. Enjoy being "outside" for a moment from TV or book, then it continues indoors ;)

to the offers come
ancillary construction costs
everything that is missing
everything marked as [bauseits]

450 k is already more realistic

As I said??? o_O:mad: Two opening pages refer to the budget and windows. Your answers are short, if lucky they address the questions raised, and what you write or post raises even more questions. I didn’t read the 450... and now my patience has run out. I hope for your sake that it’s not the same for others and that you still get input from them.

I'm sorry that my answers were a bit short. I tried to respond briefly at least intermittently during work. I obviously misunderstood the budget question, hence my lower figure in the introduction text. I calculated the pure house offer without additional incidental costs. Hence the difference. I didn't want to pose puzzles to anyone here. I have been a quiet reader for a while and therefore find your opinions very important.

Me! Also with a view of the forest. It is wonderful, and I couldn't imagine it any other way. As ypg already says, you sometimes let your gaze wander or just sit on the sofa with coffee or tea on the weekend. But we often have this topic here, and everyone just sees it differently. So your forest lies in the southwest after all!? Your orientation is really great! How do you come to southeast? Regarding your furnishings: how five people are supposed to sit on the approximately 2 m wide sofa is a mystery to me. And certainly no 8 people fit at the dining table, as requested in the initial post. For that, an unnecessary "gap" forms behind the sofa. Maybe this could still be solved differently and divided more sensibly. Would it be conceivable, given the house size, to move the small office/guest room to the upper floor? Nearly 40 sqm for the children's rooms is already quite a lot...
