Floor plan, building with tree, granny flat, and existing buildings

... Unfortunately, I don't understand the idea at all right now. How do you envision a new building and a mobile home (tiny house) on the property?

New construction where [TE] is planned. Demolition of old property, mobile home there. I understood it as [TE] planning new construction, but being restricted by the planned granny flat with the floor plan.

He plans, but in the same place, i.e. demolition of the old building (currently occupied by the four of us) and new construction there

Is he planning,

Who is “he” now?
And why is something else being staged? If you want, new construction there where the old building is now and the mobile home in the garden.
Where there is no to-scale drawing, there is also no meticulous elaboration of the ideas ;)

"He" - the OP, that is me. And where did I stage something different? That is also exactly as it stands in the questionnaire at the beginning. with aerial photo and plan of the property including old house and everything... so right now I don't suspect the problem is on my side ;)
