If you can read the DIN (and the professionals should be able to), then nothing else is necessary.

This is more out of interest, have you checked whether the slope stays the same further on? Like whether the slope progresses "evenly"? It wouldn't improve anything, but it would be interesting. Because a slope of 1 cm per meter in a new building is quite steep. In an old building you can find something like that; for example, under the roof we had about 11 cm over 3.80 m. But that is also due to the old building from 1900 and the ceiling beams. In a new building it is not allowed to occur in that form, which is also shown by the [DIN].

The slope is not like that everywhere, at some point it becomes flat again and then at some point it goes up in the other direction. To exaggerate, like in a bathtub.

Yes, I have already tried to explain it. You have to lay a straightedge (min 2.5 m) level on the floor and then measure how large the deviation is.

Yes, just for understanding. Who installed the floor and what was the subfloor like? Old / new building? Was the subfloor leveled or was vinyl simply laid down? I fear determining who is at fault will be difficult... especially since such a floor is currently moving.
