Please excuse me for not being online all the time and having to go to the construction site first to take meaningful photos. What is funny about "new construction" in the heading now, well. It is not a fake post; I simply don't have time for that.
Regarding the pictures: Maybe it is now clear what is meant?! The target and actual lintel heights are 195 actual and 219.5 target. The parapet height for the 4 relevant windows is 83 cm. And no, I do not want a discussion about a possible kitchen because that is simply irrelevant.
Since there was a several-hour conversation with the managing director of the construction company last night and the defects were admitted, it will now come down to an offer from the general contractor. What form that will take, we will see. The option of defect removal is still on the table.

Originally, "new construction" was in the thread title, which irritated the eye. No one said it was a fake.
