130 is completely fine for head clearance at the bed. Less so for the cabinets. Otherwise, a comprehensible approach.

The cabinets under the sloping ceilings are all sideboards with a maximum height of 1.30m. The wardrobe for clothes is by the bedroom door. I find that completely sufficient. If necessary, the wardrobe in the office can also be used as a clothes cupboard. The rest is mostly socks & Co anyway, which fit well into the sideboards.

You can also very nicely install clothes rails at 1.30 meters. I have it like that and confirm your opinion. However, this is not clear from the drawing, so one might assume that the long Pax wardrobe fits there, although only Metod in custom build fits.

I wanted to get in touch. We are apparently allowed to build as high as the existing house. This is 10m high, 8.95 floor structure and yes, 1m elevated above the ground. We can apparently overlap the setback areas, as it is one property, and only need to maintain 5m distance due to fire protection.

He finally agreed to the proposal to shorten the extremely wide path, but he did not want to make the house smaller and thereby wanted to show us again that a west orientation of the longest side makes much more sense.... And then his design with three children's rooms in the west would also be much better. I find his design rather unsuccessful.

Otherwise, we finally understand why the long side should face south. But only after we had repeatedly drawn it on the property and walked everything through. It's a pity that our architect didn't come up with the idea on his own, but we only received the tips from you... Thanks for your persistence.

Attached are his plans for the interior work. He completed these even though we had already come up with Katja's idea and asked for changes. He said he prefers the original approach and wanted to convince us with his plans.

Also the setback area calculation for the far too large house.

Basically, this is often a matter of the homeowners' taste. But what is shown here does not work at all or only very poorly. And that is where my understanding ends. For example, there is no space left for a wardrobe under the stairs. The 5 sqm for the technical area is also criminal. You can see that you already have to squeeze past the heating system or the storage tank. The same goes for the master bedroom. You can’t open the closets if you are standing in front of them. A bathroom with 8 sqm for 5 people is also not exactly ideal.

Ultimately, you are the master of your own fortune. We can only give tips here. But I wouldn’t continue planning with this planner. It’s quite possible that he can shine on the construction site. But on paper, it would be too poor for me.

We have received a new draft from the artist. I told him very clearly on the phone how dissatisfied we are with his drafts and why he cannot stick to the suggestions and always has to be creative on his own.
As a result, we have now received these drafts with the note that he has now taken a 36.5 exterior wall, we have to save, otherwise the house will be too expensive. He even managed to fit everything into two stories, we don’t need the attic at all and if this now also works for us, he would finalize it.

We gave him a slightly adjusted draft from "K a t j a". In his draft, he increased the floor area again, he simply integrated the home office into the master bedroom, which absolutely does not work in practice, and placed the "dressing room" in front of the bathroom, which is too small. There is also no laundry chute. The children's rooms are below the magic limit, but I would have accepted that if the rest had been okay.

On the ground floor, I still don’t find the kitchen good, but that can be adjusted. Otherwise, I definitely would have liked the ground floor.

But without the home office and with the small bathroom, it somehow doesn’t work on the upper floor either.

On to the next round with the note that I will pull the emergency brake if nothing works out, but I already found out on the side that he only accepts orders that he finds exciting... he doesn’t feel like it anymore.
Do you perhaps have any ideas on how to solve the stairs to the upper floor differently? I suspect he failed at that and that is why he went with two full floors.
