Good morning,

, if we install a kitchen door, then the niche for the wardrobe would be omitted or the row on the back wall would become shorter :(
Or am I seeing that wrong?

Do you have any ideas regarding the bathroom?
Sure, you can easily save square meters here, but how?

Why do you find the dressing room impractical?

I gladly take note of the hint about the second window like that in the bedroom.

It is actually a pity if the bed can no longer be rearranged.

We should discuss further options with our architect here again.

A second window is already important to me for cross-ventilation.

We do find the bedroom door a bit "far away," what option would you have suggested?

And the house was furnished from the inside out, symmetry is NOT important to us ;)

...oh I really have to think about that and can’t immediately say whether I spend more time at the stove or the sink, but probably more at the stove, because of the dishwasher...I think your objection could become a topic of discussion :p

I definitely can't confirm that. It's probably more a matter of taste.

I didn’t write that: I would open the side, remove the wall, so that it becomes more open.
The wardrobe could stay, could be moved, or could go somewhere else, because the shower on the ground floor is also unnecessary.
A change always means that something else changes as well.
If you are three people, then a children's room could be designed differently?! (The questionnaire was filled out somewhat carelessly and does not fit the draft)

You won’t get the house for €300,000. You have to add between €60,000 and €100,000 plus additional construction costs etc.

Apart from the floor plan, which I like.
160 sqm are hardly feasible with this budget. Are the 300,000 supposed to be just for the house, or are the additional construction costs included as well?

Supposedly, it's precisely not that.

And why? Maybe I'm already too old for that, but why do I have to plan a bedroom so that multiple locations for the bed are possible? Then I would also have to provide the appropriate electrical installation. In any case, we have exactly one sensible possible position for the bed. Everything else would require more space, which is already tight here.

P.s.
what do you say about the stairs? 19/24 I find uncomfortable. I once learned 19/26 as the minimum dimension for comfort.
