Because those are average prices from 2017. You pay about 2300-2500€/sqm … in which district do you want to build?

I would let internal matters be dissected here, especially since they are rather less relevant for the floor plan evaluation.

You really have to plan for 3 m, 19/24 is really little tread space. Your staircase is only drawn with a length of 276 cm. You should definitely try walking it.

I am answering the question because Yvonne asked it. About the floor plan itself ... without site plan etc., I no longer enjoy it. ... also explains why site plans etc. are useful information.
