Oh.. yes! <3 I personally find that one very successful too. Small, but very nice. With a slightly lower KS, you can certainly get somewhat more living space mathematically.
By the way, with a gable roof you can also very easily bring light into the corridors through roof windows, if necessary.
That's true, but since the staircase runs in the middle here, that only works if the gable remains open. And very few general contractors offer an open gable. Most are too rigid about that.
The original poster could plan an additional window on the gable side to bring light into the stairwell.

Now the gable-side staircase is not cleverly placed, it results in a long hallway and poor room layouts... which brings us back to the beginning of the conversation, even though better floor plans have already been mentioned

I didn't mean the initial draft, but all the others. The first one is, in my opinion, rubbish because the competition is simply much better.
The floor plans initially appeal to us because all the wishes were implemented functionally.
The wishes would be/are? It should be clear that the floor plan is not really good. For (future) 4 people, I definitely consider 35 sqm living/cooking/eating area too small. With these compact dimensions, a top planner is needed.
