Please post the exact wording of the B-Plan regarding the carport regulation here. What are the dimensions of the curve of the property (where does the curve begin?)

So the ground floor with HAR size 4 sqm+ doesn't work because it's too small. In the other proposal, I still find the ground floor bathroom too big. Shower because of the dog?! Provide an outdoor water tap at the carport/garage because that's where you wash the dog. Your house is too small for such indulgences. The same applies to the kitchen island... house too small for that. There are great possibilities to plan here with an L-shaped kitchen. Topic staircase: Since there are no dimensions, one can only assume that the staircase in the design is too small.

One more well-meant tip: You have a 2.5m slope on the property. What have you planned there? Filling in? Maybe use the slope after all? What have the neighbors done?

Of course, it’s not detailed. Just because someone draws a chimney pipe in an impossible location, along with an oversized kitchen island, it doesn’t make it a given for me.
But I would take EG3 as a basis for discussion and a starting sketch, absolutely!
