For example, take a look at the Medley 3.0 from Fingerhaus. I would probably place the garage in the south-east, further forward than the neighbor. This way, you get a courtyard atmosphere in the south-east in the garden because of its garage.

In a 120m2 house a 7.70m2 shower/WC o_O. As many have already written, there are better "standard" layouts for the house size. For example, also the Flair 125.

However, I see the fact that the staircase is far from the door as an advantage (unlike, for example, the Flair). You don’t carry dirt upstairs. The area around the front door always has small stones, sand, etc. (especially with children).

Good example, the Medley!
You could even place it on the property very easily from that positioning and would have the desired south-west living-dining room.

I am also not a fan of steps at the entrance. But in small houses, it saves space. For example, we have three or four Maxime 300 models from Viebrockhaus: real space wonders (I know two of them from inside). One has a great aura with a feel-good character. I can also recommend that.

I also think you waste too much space on the hallway.
Even though many say the staircase should not be directly at the entrance, if you have little space available, that is often the most space-saving solution.

Two years ago we bought an existing house with approximately the same external dimensions and the same orientation. I attached the floor plans of the ground floor and upper floor for you. North is at the top of the plan at the entrance. On the upper floor, you would then have to make 2 rooms from the studio and adjust the hallway a bit.
On the ground floor, there is only a WC without a shower. You should also consider whether you really need the shower if space is already tight.

I can only agree. For a house of this size, the standards from the catalogs are often better. Another one for the collection box: Danwood Point 127.4. Google is your friend. ;) By the way, with a pitched roof, you can also very easily bring light into the hallways through skylights if needed.
