First floor plan attempt for terraced house on a small plot

It was really just about the staircase, whether there is a "hook" anywhere on it. The rest, specifically of this floor plan, is currently being revised, and several changes are planned. I will, of course, upload the revised plan again. There will also be some changes on the upper floor.

The landing of the staircase would now be 85cm. Is that too narrow?

P.S. The counter is not supposed to be a counter at all; that was an old placeholder. We would also generally make the kitchen a bit wider, at the expense of what I consider currently a rather wide hallway. And the storage room will also be done differently.

85 cm ... is already quite narrow for a staircase. How wide is the actual tread width otherwise intended? I mean the actual tread width, plus the railing.

One more question regarding the "landing staircase". We have now received a plan from a general contractor, where from our point of view the landing staircase seems to fit well (although with the house widened to 8.5m)?! Are we overlooking something fundamental, or where is the catch? Because it was said that a landing staircase would be practically impossible.

The catch is the very narrow kitchen.

Generally, we would also design the kitchen a bit wider, at the expense of what I consider currently quite a wide hallway.

The kitchen remains narrow nonetheless, the hallway is now 1.50m with a closet... You are then planning a landing that is too narrow, a hallway that is too narrow, and a relatively narrow kitchen, just to have a landing in the staircase at all. Honestly, I don’t want to see the upper floor.

I see it differently: in terms of space efficiency, this variant is the most economical if you don't want a spiral. Aside from that, I do agree that one shouldn't deceive oneself with impractical walking widths.

85 cm ... is quite narrow for a staircase. What is the actual tread width intended to be? I mean the real tread width, plus the railing.

The tread width is specified as 90 cm in the current version, but we will "stress test" that again. According to internet research, it seemed okay to us.

So, we have received a new draft, with which we are actually quite satisfied except for a few minor details (marked in red or commented). Please feel free to comment critically again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

[*]Kitchen width of 2.8m is okay for us, we looked at it at friends' houses and did not find it narrow at all
[*]Dimensions of the platform staircase I have attached separately again, but we still need to "test run" them. Our initial feeling is that it is sufficient (though certainly not perfect), otherwise the spiral variant would be Plan B
[*]Newly added is a shower on the ground floor. Intentionally angled away from the guest WC, we find it nice when the shower is not integrated centrally in the guest WC but stands somewhat "off to the side." Or is that a completely silly idea?
[*]Couch/TV swapped, the corner for the TV lowboard can be made a bit narrower to our taste, for a wider window -> more light
[*]Garage/carport should be flush with the house on the bottom side of the plan
[*]The storage room still needs to be changed, the 30cm corner is, in my opinion, "dead space"; perhaps open the door outward
[*]In the upstairs bathroom we still need to see how to integrate the walk-in shower; otherwise, we currently like the upstairs quite well
