Indecisive? How are you supposed to decide here? When you decide, it is questioned.

I already showed the plot and placement in another thread, and exactly opposite gloomy predictions came up.

Actually, the placement and floor plan are fixed, however, 9/10 companies can build it like that, so the choice of company is somehow already pending. This is also linked to the choice of heating if, like us, you want everything from a single source.

I can very well understand how you feel – I feel the same! No matter which provider, no matter the technology for walls, heating, or general approach: 90% of what is reported is only bad. Unfortunately, you don’t hear about the many satisfied customers – it’s very comparable to Amazon reviews. Either 5 stars "top, great" or 1 star "never again, complete disaster." The fact that 95% of people are probably in between, with only minor issues but are overall quite satisfied, is not seen. Today I read a lot on specific homebuilder sites on the blue social media platform (Streif Haus house, among others) and it’s exactly the same there --> "Never again with them" vs "Today key handover, everything was perfect."

€: There is a reason why the "big players" in the industry have been on the market for 30-40 years plus...

Yes, name me various cosmetic brands, and only Nivea comes up

I'm actually a bit confused: I read a lot. And I can't remember anyone badmouthing a company and giving only one star. Mostly, it is advised to also look regionally because the price-performance ratio is better and the general contractor is reachable. Maybe I was sitting on some cloud for 20 pages and missed the one-star reviews. Then it started with wall construction (as if when eating paella you decide in which order onions and garlic are fried), it was also advised: take what your beloved structural engineer recommends. Then came the topic of KfW, there it was advised to plan the house first. One step at a time.

There are enough threads here on these individual topics. You can spend the whole Christmas holidays reading up on the knowledge. But for the topic "which house building company – Weberhaus, Viebrockhaus etc.?," the answer is simply: look around your area, there the overall package is more likely to be right. And if you don't feel like that, please go to the FH parks and listen to what the salespeople have to say and decide. And it doesn't matter which wall construction reaches KfW40. They promote their wall construction anyway.

And then someone may want to help you and has to realize that the profile is limited and you cannot read the construction location.

There was a question directed at you that you did not answer. I have posted a link from the forum for you among many.
I wonder why people are so reluctant to answer questions. We do!
As if a forum robs you of your soul or your wife, as soon as she is named. You simply cannot give a personal tip to strangers. And if you don't want to reveal the personal, then you just have to build uniform with the biggest one who spends the most on advertising. That wouldn't be a problem either.

I used to think that naively as well

I like to see which question that was.

Joker. We don’t know the floor plan yet, so how are we supposed to guess that it is already "fixed"? – so far, it only exists for us as a black box, which, according to the text has 9 x 10 and according to the drawing 12 x 7.5 m of floor area. And where, pray tell, have you a) made a decision or b) have I "gloomily" predicted the opposite here:

And with the heating you completely contradict yourself: everything from a single source would mean taking it according to the standard that the general contractor proposes and his heating installer masters – instead, you are opening the can of worms with brand names again.
