Draw in real furniture that you would like to have.

What do you expect from the Mini Galerie?

Look closely at the construction performance description. 10,000 euros are already allocated. You have standard and little choice.
What about wall and floor coverings that are missing?
What about connections, e.g., rain gutter,

The stated house price is far from any realism. Who would want to live between bare OSB boards? The floor plan is problematic in many ways, but the prominent checkerboard pattern has prevented a thorough analysis. For the gallery at 140 sqm, a nice straight staircase is actually still missing...

Floor coverings are already included in the house price. And we will also not be living between OSB boards – this comment is complete nonsense. Does this sarcasm always have to be? How about constructive criticism. I first wanted to get tips on the room layout etc. Wall structure: clinker, two-shell solid masonry with air layer, core insulation boards in cavity wall. Inner shell made of aerated concrete (17.5 cm). Energy standard Kfw 70. I will play around a bit with the floor plan and leave out the gallery.

What about carport, entrance, terrace, outdoor area?

We would prefer not to do without the gallery - we would very likely be really annoyed later if we don't do it

What do you expect from the gallery? What will you do with it? Think it over and weigh it carefully!

Are you sure? 90% of home builders only tile the utility room, kitchen, bathroom and ground floor hallway; the rest has to be done by the builder.
