Check out Quasthaus in Wenden: They have also already built KFW40+ houses. But I have no idea up to which region they build.

Ok, but now the question: why should this company, which I have never heard of before (that doesn’t have to mean anything), be better than the others? This is not meant as a snarky counter-question, but I want to understand. Quast is regionally ok, but why should it necessarily be better?

Who says it is necessarily better? I thought you were looking for a company to build your house. As a comparison, it always makes sense to include someone from the region in the evaluation. Apparently, you see it differently. Then I don’t understand why you are asking. Then go to one of the big providers. In my opinion, they are not "better". Since every house build is different, everyone has their own experiences with the provider they build with. When order books are full, it is already negligent to exclude regional providers in advance. I'm out of this thread.

Hm? I don’t understand this reaction. What exactly is negligent or the advantage of including this provider? That was the point of my inquiry. Also, I never said that it is not an option.
