So, on the right wall towards the dressing room would probably work. On the left exterior wall, it looks like it might be too tight with drawers/doors with the island and/or the sofa? The cloakroom area is supposed to be used as such, right? Under the stairs, I can hardly estimate how much space actually remains next to the door.

Correct
So on the right on the wall to the dressing room would probably work.
On the left on the outer wall it looks like it gets too tight there with drawers/doors with the island and/or the sofa?
In the drawing, the sofa is 1.50m away from the counter and 1.10m from the wall. Not much space but a small dresser should definitely fit.

The stairs are 4.30m long. Only 60cm are taken up by the door. So there should be enough space left.

Otherwise, maybe one could remove a window on the left or right of the TV for more storage.
But honestly. Do you need so much storage space in the living/dining room? I can’t quite understand that.
Storage in the kitchen is definitely not a problem (downstairs alone all should be tall cabinets, total width over 4m) and then there is also the 3m cooking island.
Of course, you still need wall space to accommodate, for example, a bookshelf, dressers, a children's play kitchen, a small children's table with chairs, a toy box. That is more than insufficient in your over 80 sqm room.
