Would have used the staircase as a room divider.
The delivery service does not need a sea view.

Upstairs I am missing a window on the slope.

I also wanted to separate the hallway with a half-height wall, where a shoe rack could fit, and it would provide a shelf.

Where exactly and how should the staircase divide the room?

In the last design, I had a Velux window in the slant on the south side, but they are not exactly cheap, so I took it out again.

I think my idea of an open-plan kitchen is very minimalist; a counter where 4 people can sit is enough for me, so a bench and opposite 2-3 stools would be cozy enough. It’s not like the bench has to replace a sofa where I watch TV.

So, when you talk about a living kitchen, you don’t mean the large dining table for 12 with a cooking island, but rather a counter where your guests or you can sit.
Basically a standing table with a bench and 2-3 stools. Or what do you mean by...

And for this minimalism are you planning 20/25000?

And about the sofa? Kerstin’s question seems to trigger a small block here: do you need a chill sofa or not?
Watching TV and how is also not yet mentioned in terms of space. TV yes, but for cooking? relaxing?

I always find such projects good and interesting, but with the words of the standard family “and in the open living room preferably a corner where the child can play and I can iron” I would have nothing at all ;)

now like I would do it ;).

Basement ... utility room towards the street .. and you can already see the staircase has moved.

On the ground floor, an entrance area with a wardrobe cabinet, WC above the utility room, small decorative niche and partition wall to the living area with glass sliding door

Kitchen with the cooktop row in the tall cabinet wall and a nice preparation island. Tall cabinets from the left .. raised dishwasher, then cooktop space, then oven tall cabinet and finally refrigerator. In the corner on the right possibly a custom solution for decoration or rarely used items.

Then a seating area with a modern kitchen sofa and kitchen armchair, table approx. 100x150 cm, TV bottom right in the corner.

I would make the terrace access wider than 176 cm, otherwise the sliding door will not work well.

And then the upper floor:

Bathroom again above the utility room .. shower tiled flush in the corner with a partition wall and divided glass door, which also opens inward primarily so that the area in front of the shower does not get wet.
Additionally WC, dresser under the window, wide washbasin, possibly an integrated washer-dryer here (then you don’t have to carry laundry from the upper floor to the basement and back).
Bottom of the plan the "master bedroom" with a bed of 150x210, i.e. mattress 140x200 plus bed frame. 200 cm closet adapted under the slant.

Guest room ... I just noticed, possibly better a sliding door, then the bed and a 40 cm deep closet can hopefully fit better in the room.

In the anteroom on the wall to the bathroom some storage .. window as a seating window and above plan top another dresser under the window sill.

Was the access then clarified? Where do you get water and wastewater from, and where does one enter the property?

... I had already asked that too ;), based on the street marking I assumed on the right side of the plan: which is why I also placed the HAR to the right, so that connections are not built over ... like for example by the labeled driveway.
