It's a bit contradictory. For the closed wardrobe/light topic, think more about the few days, but not for the bathroom? As long as the children are in the house / going to school every day, I see the compromise (parents' bathroom vs. climbing stairs vs. waiting).
Of course, €15,000 is not negligible. But honestly, this decision gives me a bit of a stomach ache.
On the one hand, the wardrobe/dressing/bedroom topic can change very quickly – already in case of illness, but also in old age. Many things can change. And it is not about how much space the parents get, but about a sensible sequence and planning of the rooms. If you can’t manage the planning, that doesn’t mean that this logical sequence has to be questioned. Rather, it means: a professional probably has to take care of it.
On the other hand: we certainly don’t want to interfere with education, but children don’t have to be raised in a way that they get a personal toilet. If they have their own bathroom, that’s perfectly fine, if feasible.
You can also spatially separate the unit "toilet hand washbasin" in the children’s bathroom from the tub, shower, washbasin unit, simply by putting a wall and a door in the bathroom. But now spreading the wet rooms all over the place probably makes less sense. Consider that each drain also requires a downpipe inside the house that has to be installed.
Currently the planning is at 2.76 m, but I would like to add 10 cm. What do you say?
You have the tendency to like to exaggerate everything.
