As many have already said.. content-wise it makes no sense to go into the floor plan because:

1) The budget is by far not sufficient for the wishes in any region of Germany
2) The plan is amateurish in every way. (Sorry for the choice of words, but I haven't seen anything this bad here for a long time)

Hello,

the house on the left side of the plan (and its "garden") is visually an absolute disaster, so we don't want a garden there.
Unfortunately, the property doesn't offer much leeway for the orientation of the garden; we were aware of that before buying. We have made the best compromise for ourselves because on the right side of the plan there is only the neighbor's driveway, who lives "behind us" at the top of the plan. This is also partly greened and simply offers a nicer view.

Why do you find the living room uncomfortable?
We did not draw the kitchen like that; that was the "draft" from the architect and we don't like it either.

We have also solved the problem with the dressing room, I will upload that later.

From the sidewalk to the garage, there is about 1.10 m height difference. OK Finished floor is planned at the top edge of the wall that borders the property.
Access to the front door via the garage driveway with 2-3 steps.
OK Finished floor to the highest point in the northern corner is about 1.50 m difference.

See above - OK Finished floor at approx. 101.50 according to plan.

Best regards
Kevin

I think I don’t understand the project. That’s exactly where you want your terrace, right? So you’re digging out there? Then you have a 1.50 m L-shaped stone wall or something? To the west adjacent to the neighbor’s garage, so there are 1.2 m L-shaped stones and a 3 m garage there? What do you want to cultivate in that corner? Stalactites?

Well then everything is perfect.

You can't help it.

The living room and the terrace are for vampires who prefer the backyard atmosphere

The house needs to be mirrored

As long as the budget is not massively increased and/or the wishes are not adjusted downwards, it won't work anyway.
Even with personal effort and economical fittings, incidental construction costs and earthworks are completely missing. Another 100,000 on top will be needed.

You are aware that the wall to the neighbor, which is shown in the picture as about 60-70 cm, is actually 1.50 - 1.80 m high? This view is then a bit too optimistic...

If the neighbor’s garden on the left side is not nice, just put a planting strip there and a nice hedge.
