You are aware that the wall to the neighbor, which is shown in the picture as about 60-70cm, is actually 1.50 - 1.80m high? This view is a bit too optimistic...

If the neighbor's garden on the left side is not nice, just make a planting strip there and a nice hedge.

I don't see the budget as too critical. Since there is no basement and the equipment will probably be of lower standard. At least I don't read anything different. With a lot of own effort and individual contracting, something like that is doable. The plot is handled separately anyway.

The floor plan is unsuccessful, most of it has already been pointed out. I would go over it completely again.

Otherwise, good luck.

Yes, we are aware of that. The view is indeed still somewhat unrealistic

What does low standard mean today? Can you define that?

I would actually be interested.

Then I wish you much success. No offense intended, but you seem to be so attached to the current concept that you don't want to fundamentally reconsider it. You may, it's yours after all. I don't believe you will receive many creative suggestions on the basic concept because it is pretty much contrary to everything that 98% of others consider good. Even worse, it makes most people here who are creative out of hobby and passion feel sick to their stomachs. Not many will be eager to be creative there. I keep my fingers crossed that you will really be satisfied with the result afterwards.
