99.9% build living spaces facing south or west There is not only the hot summer, but also spring, autumn, and winter. One is happy about natural light

400,000 including earthworks, garage, incidental building costs, and equipment are by far not enough.

the thing with the light is really a pity... it's so nice when the sun shines into the living room at midday in winter. It's really only hot for a few weeks a year and you can always create shade.

Best regards
Sabine

With this design, you are certainly in good company. Bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom on the south side - children's rooms to the north. A clear case for the [Jugendamt] or get yourself a Playstation instead of offspring...

That's exactly what it's about. Without a budget increase, the house will not be realized in this form. Even with EL in the normal scope, the amount cannot be maintained.

Dream houses are always grounded, let things develop. There is plenty of potential for savings.

For supposedly being in the final phase, I call that a disaster. Most of it has already been said. The house will be a dark hole with a shady dark garden with a nose at the fence to the neighbor. On top of that, an uncomfortable living room, a kitchen like a minefield, and I won’t even start with the dressing room - bathroom story. The whole concept, in my opinion, belongs straight in the trash. Messing around here and there won’t help. The only solution is to start over with someone who plans you a beautiful bright house, with light and nice rooms, practical paths, and a beautiful sunny garden. I know that sounds harsh. But you’re spending a HUGE amount of money. Once the house is built, it’s too late.
