I really don't consider myself an expert on the topic of slopes, but I (and others) believe I already wrote quite early in this thread that the house won't work like this and that a different orientation should be considered. Given the difficult conditions, I also see the need for an architect experienced with slopes. I also don't know if I see a normal two-story house on the plot. But to put an end to the unjustified accusation that there is only complaining... Have you ever thought about a house built into the slope? With a residential basement? (No cellar). Maybe not oriented like this but rather to the right on the plan and maybe even rotated by 90 degrees? I'm not going to read everything again from the beginning, but for example, do you have the possibility of an access road from the north, so to the right on the plan? I stick to my point...your problem is not your floor plan but the concept that doesn't work on the plot... has already pointed out a few solid issues.
