Thanks a lot Katja, that also looks good
I will show it to my architect, living, dining, and kitchen to the terrace I find great with this one.

My architect has presented a new design again, I'll show it to you in a moment, but stayed with the old pattern ;D

Best regards and thanks a lot for your support, I’ll report later on the integration, how the architect deals with it

Unfortunately, I can't get excited about it. What are the windows to the garage supposed to be for? Or is it supposed to be a carport? Why is the entrance on the west side? The toilet in the main bathroom is insanely loud in the children's room. It is always important to know how much of the property is still left. So the south must be shown completely including the terrace for a design discussion. Also all parking possibilities. Or will it now only be a bungalow with a basement for one family?

I am still favoring #12 if you are building a house for yourself and it is not yet decided who else might live there. If it absolutely has to be a two-family house, you first have to show the parking spaces! Where else are they supposed to park? For that, I would move away from the south fixation and go for a west terrace. It would then look something like this (upper floor identical):

Draw proper furniture in the Allraum, as you want to buy or have it. The mini dining table again shows more space than there is. Where will the parking spaces go? Doesn’t the master bathroom have a toilet? Somehow the design is a federal miscellany. Old-fashioned master bathroom plus the curve that doesn’t reflect as a highlight inside. Construction costs, so you take off your shoes and live in a boring apartment. If you like the curve and want it, then design your house so that it can be felt inside. Design a house for 1-2 children or 3, whatever you imagine right now. If there are no children, then you have a generous house for 2. A master bedroom with bathroom with freestanding tub. A living room that has the curve inside. Recently, someone posted an amazing bathroom here. With large glass surface in front of the bathtub and gallery. There are so many possibilities. Look around at Schöner Wohnen or at the next prefab house park at Huf and Co. You are sinking far more than 500K, more like 700 to 800K; this should be reflected inside again.

There's an "s" missing. I also think it's c**l to look at the Lamborghini while showering – but not from the side. And I have to agree with : if you're already shelling out a killing for the curve, then it should be prominently integrated. In theory, a maisonette kitchen-living room with a corner seating gallery would belong in the quarter circle, if the devil wasn't in the details, namely that the thing on the north side wouldn't be energy-efficient concerning a two-story high glazing.

I would be interested in the height planning. Eaves height of 5.50m is not that much. Depending on the ceiling height, a small roof slope is needed on the upper floor.
