And where are they supposed to live then? Upstairs? How do you imagine the roof? 2 full upper floors plus an attic in shed shape? Staircase without balcony?

Me too. The thriftiness of the planning (short pipe runs) irritates me, but first 100,000 more for the house shape. Tangled in thoughts about the southwest terrace, but the garage in the southern prime spot...

Maybe I'm just dumb, then please correct me. If north is to the right (red arrow) and the garage is on the left (GAR), then it covers a southern part of the building with its long side, doesn't it?
If GAR stands for "Garten" (garden) and the garage should be "below," which the plans also suggest by the building's curvature, then it would be in the east and a southern orientation would also be wasted.
