There are about 800sqm of grass area, 1500sqm of forest area. The area next to the house is even, according to the seller, building land. In plain English...the purchase price corresponds to the value of the land and the house comes for free. Then it's either a project for universal handymen or the seller has no idea at all

I just have concerns that the bank will say again here that we cannot get the house financed because something doesn't fit in their eyes. We have a house that we really want. It is from 1964, with a gas-air heating system (2002), a finished basement, 350 sqm plot, insulated roof (the roof itself is 18 years old) and was rejected for 180k because it is "only" worth 130k. The house itself, unlike the other one, is really in top condition and truly ready to move in immediately.
