Oh, I’m not stressing about it. Also about the house, for which the financing is currently being processed. If the bank declines, the next house is in line (houses are coming onto the market one after another) and if necessary I’ll tell the real estate agent, for 150k we’ll get it through more easily. A similar house is actually being sold for 150k.

If you can handle the train noise and vibrations, it’s okay. Very likely you will also clearly feel the trains, especially at night.

As I said, I have been living here by the tracks for 13 years and from night 1 I sleep like a baby. Of course, they are annoying during the day (in the yard) or in summer (with the window open), but even if the train strikes, we don’t even notice that no trains are running...
