That’s great. The notary contract must state that all movable items transfer ownership along with the property.
Why is that good? Because then you are allowed to dispose of them from day one.
Otherwise, it could happen that your stuff is still there. But you are not allowed to simply dispose of someone else’s property despite buying the house, and whether and when something gets picked up then turns into an endless fight. Better to pay for disposal yourself from day one.
(I myself also bought such a fully packed place and disposed of everything.)
