You can find an electrical master very quickly through the portal with the hammer. But for the money some want for the acceptance of the external system, you might as well have everything done directly. Recently, a "frugal fox" in the family paid €5000 for the acceptance, plus he had to buy material through the master at double the price
But I worry less about that here. If the trained electrician (brother-in-law) is still active in the construction industry himself, he will certainly have someone at hand.
More interesting is the question whether this plan will work:
Earthworks are being done by a buddy who works in road construction.
Possibly, the buddy is better used later for the terrace and garden design on the hillside property.
By "of course" I just meant that it is natural for me to invest a lot myself during the construction phase.
By invest you probably mean time. So far, you have only roughly estimated what you think you can save. But how much do you have to spend on materials, that is financially reinvest? For each trade, you need a breakdown of how much it costs without EL, how much you save with EL, and how much you spend on materials. If you miscalculate, you will have to finance expensive additional costs, so please proceed carefully and don’t deceive yourself.
We could temporarily move into my father’s house, which is planned anyway. So additional costs for the rental apartment are actually not an issue.
Don’t do that. Building a house with a lot of EL alongside working is super exhausting and poison for any relationship. Don’t ruin your own retreat. You live cheaply. You should keep that. And if you really can’t afford these 5xx€ rent for a year anymore, then the house building project is not for you.
