Actually divide the property but both have the same building rights

During the examination of whether we had a legitimate interest and means to purchase the property (before the buyer said yes), the realtor asked for all details, including personal data.

She used the same to draft a purchase contract. I did not make any oral or written request for this purpose.

I’m sorry to annoy you. The building partner does not want a plot without a south side.

As soon as the land division works out, I think the major disruptor will be gone (or at least, I hope so).

Best regards

Your "partner" is not a partner, because you would meet a partner on equal footing and want to share brotherly, but here it is more likely that he thinks you are stupid - that would be a clear reason for me not to want such a person as a neighbor. Let's take the following calculation example - deliberately without detailed numbers - assume: You divide the property with a straight line that splits the building area into six meters width for him and eight meters width for you, he places his garage on his part, you get the part facing the street. At first superficial hearing, it sounds as if he gives you triple the advantage - for the larger part of the total plot area and the larger part of the building area your larger part of the purchase price would only sound fair. And yet he would have completely screwed you: the jointly used path section would be fully deducted from your part of the floor area ratio, your house with terrace would not be bigger than his despite the additional width. You would simply be the fool who only pays the larger share of the purchase price for the "fairly" divided land. I don't think you would be happy with that, sharing the house provider along with the sign servant with someone like that. Thank your fate for every "disruptive factor" that saves you from going through this deal. Let this "partner" find another fool - I hope this idiot is not a colleague in your shift.

P.S.: I would almost bet that this "partner" even gives you the feeling that you are the driving force in "your" project :-( (and will make you feel guilty if he "because of you" has to find another fool when you send him packing)

Then the broker should also pay for the draft. Sounds relaxed to you.

Nice, concise summary!

/ : maybe you are right and I will learn something from these words.

I think things are only getting worse here because the BP brought an architect today who said that only the WEG division makes sense and we should be careful not to carry out any division before the notary. I will not accept this and I made that very clear.

I hope we will definitely end this discussion in a few days. I asked him to consider my only preference (as kindly suggested by # 21). Let's see if he accepts it or not.

I will keep you updated. everyone here has been a great help.

Best regards

You are not upsetting me.
But you will probably get annoyed with this "future ex-neighbor," because he is not willing to accept 50:50 and restrictions with a semi-detached house. He wants this, and he wants that... phew... and already now.
