On my construction blog under Ausstattung you will find the tile designation and brand. And yes, they are uneven. If you scroll further down, by the way, you can see our wood-look tiles. However, I can't say that we even wanted wood-look before buying these. We wanted Brazilian slate (multicolor) in the bathroom, which has a somewhat colorful appearance. However, we were told from several sides that you have to take the package as it comes: it can happen that the percentage ratio of rusty-colored to anthracite-colored varies a lot. That was too risky for us, as we only wanted rusty colors up to 15%. Then we saw the tile Old Wood, which is similar in color, albeit with a different texture. The "colorful pattern" was important to us because I really don't like it when you see hair and lint on the tile.
In the guest room we have bamboo parquet: it is harder than oak because it is a fiber and not wood. Also only half as expensive and can be installed by oneself on underfloor heating. Maybe that's an alternative?
I love tiles! With different surfaces (rough, smooth, wavy, matte, glossy, dull, reflective, broken), sizes, formats, patterns, joint widths, material, and installation, you have so many endless possibilities to design a room. I regret that we did not equip the guest room with oriental concrete tiles. Bamboo is nice and beautiful, but almost boring compared to what could have been. The courage was missing. My favorite is glass mosaic, with which you can cover any curve in a bathroom.
