I didn’t find them on their site either, but our tiler bought some last week. Hope it doesn’t sell out, because we still want to tile the entire remaining ground floor with them. We were unlucky before and had to choose different tiles spontaneously because the ones we actually wanted were no longer being produced. I don’t really want to go through that hassle again. But I specifically asked the tiler if they really are available this time and he guaranteed it to me.

I’d better send you the price we paid via PM. As I already said, we were granted the discount that the general contractor would normally get (our GC always does this and passes such discounts on - the sellers weren’t used to that either).

As I wrote - my wife is responsible for the aesthetics. I also like our grout - maybe a slightly darker shade in hindsight wouldn’t have been bad. However, this might then result in an overall surface where lighter grout provides a bit more contrast/definition.
If you have the option, place the grout samples next to the tiles and decide that way.

If you read post #47 carefully again, you will see from whom we bought. They also have locations in Munich and Nuremberg. Maybe just ask whether the tile is still being sold there. Nothing was said last year about it being discontinued (unlike our bathroom floor tiles). Good luck.

I can only agree with that. On my blog, I have a photo of our tiles, which look clearly different in color in reality. We looked at everything on site and then made our decision.

Especially the surface of the tiles is what makes wood-look tiles stand out. Some are completely smooth, and in others, the wood grain is really beautifully worked in. I just came across a tile picture of a tile that we really liked at the tile studio. emil ceramica golden wood 15x90

Looks great too. According to the photo, it has a kind of "walnut color" (somewhat reddish brown). We probably would have liked it with that, but it would have possibly been too dark for us. Such dark colors always remind me a bit of grandma's old furniture, which felt a little oppressive in the room. But still - it has something.

The tiles were actually supposed to be for the living room. Along with that, a light wall unit, a white coffee table, and a corner sofa with white leather on the bottom and colored fabric on top. Although now there are different dark brown tiles, the living room is still really bright. The only thing is that the brown is very susceptible to the dirt paw prints of our cat.
