Not bad. That’s certainly an awesome thing. Respect! However, I’m not really into such permanently built-in hobbies. If I ever get tired of it, I want to be able to simply put it away without any conversion.

What I am missing and would like to have:

Power outlets above the couch to charge notebook/tablet/phone.
Outdoor power outlet at the front door

What I have:
A floor box with network, satellite, and power in the living/dining room. This way, I can one day place a freestanding TV column in the middle of the room.

Satellite and LAN wiring in the double garage with projector and screen.

We have a recessed front door. This way I can unlock it calmly even in the rain and bring in the mail while staying dry.

Cat flap in the utility room door and there our self-made cat litter box (if interested, I’m happy to show it, no more litter scattering)

Partition wall between kitchen and living room, but it can be walked around. The kids love that, with the Puky they race around it at a fast pace like shoemakers. Later an aquarium will go into the gap.
Since it is a drywall partition, I can add various cables without major hassle (bungalow).

High windows in the bathroom. So I can dance the Lambada naked there without having to close the blinds.

Large square hallway. I can dress and undress the little rascals there in peace without it getting cramped. We also have space for two wardrobes.

A power outlet above the couch for us addicts.

LAN cable into the garage ... that’s where the husband’s Xbox is going ... whoever needs it ...

We have installed two small inspection doors as 'secret doors' in the storage room, which is located between the two children's rooms. This way, the two can visit each other through them. They are still too young, but I hope it will be a cool play opportunity for both. They can also be locked.

I also really like the steel strips on the windows, they are already on the ToDo list [emoji4]

What had to be with us:

- Sockets or empty boxes in every corner, niche, on large walls every few meters, so plenty of boxes!

- Several LAN and satellite sockets in every room and also in the ancillary rooms. Yes, also in kitchen, bathroom, etc.

- Many of them more or less flexibly switchable and/or assignable/controllable.

- Electric aluminum roller shutters on all windows.

- Lots of glass on the south side

- Controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery

- Air conditioning on the upper floor

- Projector, screen, and popcorn machine on the ground floor (basement was no longer possible)

- Central home control in the hallway and at the bed in the master bedroom.

A few of our kitchen ideas:

A second sink (approx. 20 x 20 cm) directly next to the cooktop with a pull-out faucet that can be locked or opened right at the extended spray. Nothing is more practical for:
Filling and draining pasta water.
Deglazing.
Quickly washing hands while cooking.
Hanging a sieve to drain.
Wiping up overflows.
Filling a watering can.
...

In addition, an oversized basin (approx. 50x40x30) with a commercial water tap/hand shower as the main sink. Finally, a 30 cm pan can be placed flat in the sink. The roasting pan fits in. The baking trays, boards, and Grandma’s good 30L canning pot too.

And very important: Worktop depth 80 cm! FINALLY, there is space behind the board for two bowls AND a spice rack. FINALLY, I can also work in front of the coffee machine and not just place a pot. FINALLY, something also fits in the (also deeper) drawers.
If possible, at least part of the worktops should be planned deeper from the start. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
