- Elevator to the 1st floor ([Kaminholz], heavy items, if necessary people ^^)
- Dirt shower for "walking through" in the laundry room
- Laundry shed with a retractable clothesline (so you can still comfortably walk underneath even when fully loaded and reach items stored further back)
- Small kitchenette with sink, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and table with 2 chairs next to the living room (is on the 1st floor, normal kitchen is on the ground floor)

Have you done that already? - then just put a photo in.

What exactly does that mean?

Yes, the laundry shed has now been in operation like this for about 3 years. I will provide a photo on occasion.

The dirt shower is pretty simple and nothing special: on one side you go in dirty and on the other side you come out clean ^^ Two walls, two glass doors. But I hope it will still be very useful with all the gardening and remodeling - at the moment we are still using the shower upstairs and sometimes a nice dirt trail runs through the house.

And do you shower with boots on and stuff? Or naked? And what about the dirty clothes? And isn’t that a bit over the top? I take off the dirty clothes in the utility room, and then, almost naked if sweaty, walk to the bathroom.... Water on.

Thank you for your great ideas! As suspected, one doesn't think about many practical things at all. I find the "Schmutzdusche" funny, but if it's well placed in the house, it's definitely quite useful. Metal strips on the wall - brilliant and costs "nothing". I will definitely do that. An elevator in the house - I've always liked that, but it probably won't be financially feasible. How much does something like that cost, if I may ask? Sure, you can probably spend tens of thousands, but where is an entry-level option that is also good? All the ideas are really cool!

For 2 floors without a shaft: Gross approx. €25,000 (in the entry-level "homelift" segment) up to approx. €40,000 (in upscale equipment)
