This is also turf here. Laid in October 2020. The landscaping company had to admit that they have had this problem since they had to change suppliers because their original one couldn’t deliver. Several customers have complained about this phenomenon ever since. They have accepted it as an undisputed defect and will now try to save it; otherwise, it will be reinstalled at their expense. I think there must be a reason why the manual and all tutorials on the web for a Garden/Husqvarna say the same thing, namely to ensure that the blades can rotate freely. I can now even recognize by the sound whether they are rotating freely or sticking.
