The lawn mowing robot is on – which one do you use and what do you say about it?

I feel like I have to change blades weekly. Either my lawn is too tough or my blades are too soft. I get white, torn tips quite quickly

There is also a roll turf here. Laid in October 2020. The landscaper had to admit that they have had this problem since they had to change suppliers because their original one could not deliver. Several customers have been complaining about this phenomenon ever since. They have accepted it as an undisputed defect and will now try to save it; otherwise, it will be relaid at their expense. The lawn is largely yellow because the creeping bentgrass is displacing everything. After three quarters of a year, I can't accept this. I think there must be a reason why the operating manual and all tutorials online for a Garden/Huqsvarna say the same thing, namely to ensure that the blades can rotate freely. By now, I can even recognize by the sound whether they rotate freely or get stuck.
