Hi Rick,
thanks for the info. How does the connection to the Gardena gateway work? Via Wi-Fi? As far as I have seen so far, I could implement my scenario with it. Reed contact reports the open door to my KNX binary input —> command via Home Assistant (I use it as visualization server and logic engine) to the robot

we have the 750 for 300-350m2, that is sufficient

Sounds good, then we're on the safe side. Now I just have to hope that everything goes well tomorrow and nothing goes wrong. I really don't need a cable break or something like that. xD

The gateway is connected via LAN or Wifi and then sets up its own Wifi.

So, the work is done. Luna is what our little one called the servant. It diligently follows its paths and finds its way back without problems. Now I still have to deal with the areas and driving times. Are there any best practices? And one more question, Gardena recommends not operating the robot below 5 degrees and to dismantle it in case of frost risk. Is it really that critical? How do you handle it?

ours is still mothballed, the grass doesn't really grow vigorously either. Once everything is mowed, wait for the season to start
