Cool thing. Reminds me of my biology teacher in the late 80s. He had a bunch of animals. When his goat was pregnant, he brought her to school, although she peed all over the staff room. Also funny, when his donkey was pregnant, he asked the class if anyone could take care of it during his two-week vacation. My then-girlfriend volunteered. From then on, a donkey stood in the suburban garden of her parents for two weeks. They were relaxed, and it was a highlight in the neighborhood.

Yes, they mow and fertilize in one operation and don’t need electricity - except possibly for the fencing. In addition, they reproduce and are edible. The intelligence is so-so … but sufficient :) In winter possibly a bit impractical …

Please tell me, to get back to the actual topic. At the moment, Luna runs 5 days a week. 3 days, break, 2 days, break. Currently at 3.5cm. I would like to go down to 3cm as long as the temperatures allow it (among other things because of the really annoying bentgrass) and am considering whether it could work to change the schedule to mowing 5 days at 3.25cm and a break on the second day with a cylinder mower to 3cm. Does that make sense to you, or is it nonsense?

I have that one too, it's perfect for our 250 m2 lawn area.

I have a small question about the mowing edge... maybe someone can help me!?

Would it also be possible to use granite stones (split/chipped....not smooth!) as a mowing edge for the Robi (Gardena)?

I happen to have some in 16/16 or meter length here, or is it rather unsuitable because of the rough surface?

Thanks in advance! :-)

If you mean something like this (I don't know how to turn it):

That works wonderfully. Our Gardena Luna drives over it without any problem.
