Yes, that's true, I have to backtrack. When checking, I accidentally picked the 26, which only has 100Mbps on the POE. The 28 is completely 1000Mbps.

What bothers me a bit about the switch is that no information about the volume is given. Definitely test it right after arrival, to be able to return the device if necessary.

Why should it be a switch from a rather unknown manufacturer?

Since you are putting a POE switch in the network cabinet, a larger cabinet volume can help to keep the temperatures of the switch under control.

Since the switch will be placed in the utility room, the noise level is not a problem. But I am also open to suggestions. I chose the switch because of the good reviews and the 24(28) POE ports :)
