Single-family house without a basement on a slope

I see the basement-relevant height difference here at about one meter, accordingly according to my basement formula practically fifty percent of the basement costs would have to be spent if one wanted to do without a basement. In words and brief form, my basement formula states that an avoided basement – among other things because such things as L-bricks are not free either – is practically as expensive as a built one at a two-meter height difference, and proportionally less at a lower height difference.

Request a redesign. Here, the duty to optimize costs was clearly violated.
