I am honestly pissed off now. I am making you a draft that requires a lot of time / ideas and in my opinion works well on your property.

You don't even feel the need to share your opinion about it.

Sorry, I have been out of sorts the last few days, I thank you very much for the effort you have put in. I just don't like that the two children's rooms are downstairs and the master bedroom is upstairs; I would prefer the sleeping rooms to be on one level but as it looks, I don't have much room to realize it as desired.

Of course, you can plan it the way you want. You just have to say what your ideas are. But now I understand why the planner planned something like that.

Here is a template that people who need planning assistance should fill out. Unfortunately, I cannot find it.

My main concern was to show how to get rid of the nonsense with the retaining walls and also save a lot of money. I suspect you did not understand the site plan. Too bad.

Works. Move the rooms around in the proposal. We have HT, entrance, WC, cloakroom, common room, garden access downstairs Sleeping, children's room, utility room, bathroom garden access upstairs

Ouch. Was the planning order "I want a corner window in the office – I don't care about the crap you plan around it"?
The proposal from here is almost at -level ;-) and apart from the wall thicknesses and thus also the wall positions that still need to be clarified, it's ready for the next stages of draftsman and stamp guy ;-).
That means you have here already gotten something better "for free" than previously (how much was actually paid?).

For basic evaluation, preliminary planning, construction description, cost estimate 2.4k and building application probably around 1k, but yes, the plan I received here is definitely better suited for the property. Therefore, once again a big thank you
