Oops... missed the point.

I just unsubscribed from a FB group. This “show pictures” request works where people like to be showered with praise. That only works here to a limited extent. Actually, people want to help here, but if the building application is already out... :rolleyes: ... too late.

Hopefully the application will be rejected. In case of doubt, such a new application only costs time and little money.

You will not be happy with the planned construction. How high is the calculated construction sum?

You can post the floor plans, maybe they are so good that the additional costs of the outdoor facilities pay off.
