You should definitely look for an architect who has experience with [Haus am Hang].

Seems to me this is a lost cause here. Information is squeezed out in 1-3 sentences, no good suggestions at all. There seems to be a fixed house image in mind that must be achieved at all costs. With an unlimited account, certainly doable but not sensible.

Unfortunately, such questions often arrive too late here. Hopefully, people will learn from this now.

Yes, the house will definitely be adjusted further and since we would make everything smaller, it should still be within the budget. We will either put the garage on the left side or next to the house on the left side and possibly at the boundary to the neighbor if that works out. We will try to orient the living and sleeping rooms as much as possible to the south and place the house as far back as possible to compensate for the slope, especially on the left side.
I also like your floor plan quite a bit; I just have to think about how best to implement it.
The floor plans are attached.

I just have to accept the loss of the money we invested in the planning now. (Tuition fee) :/

There is no money for the mess. The architect did not fulfill his task. However, you probably have no chance because you approved the planning for the building application. Replan. It shouldn't be that expensive. It depends anyway on the construction costs. Those will be significantly cheaper. Have you looked at my design? It is much more effective than the one you showed. By the way, the new one from you doesn't make sense on the property. My idea is to use the basement/cellar as a living floor.
