The dining table doesn't work like that. No one would want to sit there. Too tight and on one side the window is at the back, on the other side the stairwell. At least 1.5 m in width as moving space is missing.

I find the living room furniture for a family unrealistic. Who sits on a two-seater sofa in front of a huge media wall? I would furnish it with a sofa set in the plan.

Yes, the rooms upstairs are definitely a bit too big, especially the master bedroom, something definitely still needs to be done there. And the dining table just looks so cramped in, I don't like that either.

And stupid question, how big are the children? In the ground floor layout, there is no room that allows playing or romping around. Small children - up to about 5 or 6 years old - prefer to play near their parents and not alone in the children's room. Here, 6-8 square meters are regularly occupied with toys like a train set, racetrack, or building blocks.
